Invalid users will be displayed in the following situations:
1. The employee ID was entered correctly, and the account has already been activated in-app, so why was the user displayed as invalid?
Answer: Please check to see that there are no spaces or empty rows after the employee ID.
2. The employee ID was entered correctly, and I only entered one, so why do two invalid users show up?
Answer: Please check to see that there are no spaces after the employee ID and make sure that the following row is empty.
