【Users】How can I determine if an account has been activated (logged in)?

Only users whose accounts are activated will receive What's New notifications. So, how can we determine if an account is activated?

Step 1: Click [Users].

Step 2: Click [Username]

[Activated]:

Yes: This account has been activated and can receive What's New notifications in the app.

No: This account has not been activated and cannot receive What's New notifications in the app.
